Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transportation. The staff was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming, contributing to a positive overall experience. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many guests noting that rooms were well-maintained and cleaned daily. The hotel was also considered a good value for the price by several reviewers. However, some guests mentioned issues such as noise, small or outdated rooms, and occasional maintenance problems, but these were generally outweighed by the positives.
