The beds were confortable The room was really clean and the location of the hotel is perfect
We ordered Two separated bed and there were 2 beds with 1 duvet only. We had to call the room service to ask for a second sheet and duvet. The bathroom door gets stuck so be careful !

Despite having asked for three times in advance. And the fake question;’can we do something to make ur stay more comfortable’, we did not get the room we asked. The room was as big as the bed. Hardly any space to walk around it.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location just off Gran Via. Lots of good bars and restaurants within walking distance and of course the shopping! Friendly and professional staff. Comfortable bed and fab power shower! We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. We will most definitely be back!
