Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's staff for their helpfulness, politeness, and prompt service, and many appreciated the convenient location close to key areas. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, especially regarding washrooms and room maintenance, with several guests needing to change rooms to find acceptable conditions. Some guests also felt the property was outdated and not worth the price paid, and there were occasional complaints about food quality and communication gaps. Overall, while the service and location were strong positives, improvements in cleanliness and value for money were suggested.
