The villa is so comfortable and the environment is so nice. Our family was enjoyed while staying at the resort. Spa was also excellent 10/10 .. will definitely visit again.

Beautiful and peaceful nature was really relaxing. nearby there are many attractions of natural park and activities. We can have complimentary nintendo wii game player from the lobby, which was an extra bonus from our kids.

Bed was very comfy, the surroundings were very pretty and the pools were good! Breakfast was good too
We had a hot tub room which you pay extra for and on our first night when we turned it on, it came out freezing cold! Had to wait over an hour to someone to fix and it still didn’t work after! We were then told that they had another room with a hot tub and they had checked it and it worked... it didn’t! So we packed up all our stuff for nothing! We asked for a discount on our stay and was told no, it would “cost them money to give us a discount” and that if we wanted money back we should of left and not stayed there! Even better on the day we were leaving coincidentally all managers weren’t on site for us to speak to. Awful service, many different staff lied to us and told us different things and were rude. Definitely do not recommend

Breakfast. The Buffett spread is too little. Door. It is time to replace the door + electronic lock. Bottle opener. It will be nice to have one inside the room.
