Cons (-) The room has a sagging floor, bathroom walls and floor badly need attention and a smell in the vicinity as well as in the room we didn't like.

Cons (-) Only one of the beds had a cover, the floors were warped, the shower tile looked cracked and gross, and without warning, a roofer started nailing shingles to our roof at 8am
