The housekeeper was super friendly and lovely! The bed was comfortable. The heat and a/c works quick too!
Although the place was very clean, we did see a roach pop out our dresser. That can easily be remedied with some attention that’s all.
The front desk customer service was terrible. We received 2 rooms first room was Checked in at 10 pm In was fine my kids came in at 2 am and they were told there was no room available and to try and find a different hotel. They said they were over booked. My kids woke me up at 2:30 am and I came down stairs the guy at the front desk told me that the guy that checked me in never Checked I’m the room but he had one room available we’re the guest had a room booked for 1 month but he was gone for the weekend. He went to the room took out most of the mans stuff but it was still very dirty. The bathroom and shower was so dirty that the kids came to my room to shower It was disgusting. The guys medication was still in the room. The room had a double couch but he said there is nobody to make the beds so he brought fresh linens and told us to change both beds ourselves. By the time we were done it was 4:30 am. So after a 6 hr ride from Ny we were cleaning and changing bed linens. We all had to. E up at 6:00 am to go to my daughters graduation. This was the worst hotel ever. And when we came the next day to speak to a supervisor they said there isn’t to come tomorrow. So when we were checkout on Sunday the supervisor was there, she tried to be nice to us but so rude to lady working the front desk, who was actually the only employee that was very nice to us, the employee quit on the spot. This hotel actually had the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would maybe understand the mix up if both rooms were not paid up front when I made the reservation, but they were paid for upfront. And it was really disgusting to tell 4 of my kids to go look for another hotel at 2:30 am it’s unexceptionable. At the end the manger said they will refund money for one room but honestly the money they charge me for each room was very over priced. They say it’s a 3 star hotel, I wouldn’t even give this place a one star.
If they fired the staff they have now, including the manger and I would hire a whole new trained professionals who actually took classes in hospitality

We were visiting from out of state first time in MA and didn't know what wonderland was. Once we figured that part out we had a great time and easy access to the city. The hotel only has one van to transport guest to wonderland subway and is limited to 10 guest. Once the van is full then the guest has to wait an hour if available.

The pool was broken the day I made the reservation, so in which I wasn't told until upon arrival. The shower curtain had an old booger on it, the door in our room was off the track and wouldn't lock, my husband and I were thinking about going to another hotel but I was told I wouldn't get my money back if we left, we had to use our own car to drive 15 minutes away from our hotel to use another hotels pool, in which the hotel we were staying at should have used their shuttle to take us. My family and I were highly disappointed in the whole situation and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
