I stayed here for 2 nights 25 to 27 September 2024. I selected the "large double" bedroom option on booking.com which was confirmed in writing but the hotel did not honour this on arrival. They gave me a room with 2 single beds, despite exchanging messages about this option because it was very important to me. In addition they did not accommodate my request for firm pillows.
