The hotel food was good and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable.
The hotel is old. Needs a good update. But the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Walk to lift, expensive for a less than motel 6 experience
Super close to lift at main lodge, staff was nice, tv is modern, mini fridge, WiFi
Where do I start? Room is way too small for two double beds, no couch, closet door wouldn’t open, large gap under door, old old old, needs new everything. Restaurant is pricey.
Dated building and amenities
Old, outdated, unclean
Drive into facility was pretty.
Old and worn. Very large hairball attached to water spicket in shower. No air/no heat. Floor dirty. Elevator very rickity. Lipstick on a pig! Anywhere else $35 room.
Desk staff and restaurant staff were accommodating
In the annex on the first floor, you can hear every footstep of people in the rooms above. Rooms were stuffy. No AC and opening the window was not enough.
No A/C! Very noisy - music was playing outside the ENTIRE night. Old. Not very comfortable, although the staff was nice.
The location is amazing
I love the closeness to the lifts and the ski school. This is THE place to stay if you have kids. Our room was near the hot tub & warm pool area. The lobby and bar area were perfect ski lodge style ( high ceilings, antler chandeliers, stone work). Free DVD rental for a quiet night in your room after skiing all day. Magnificent views!
Older, limited food choices.
Good location, not enough parking
The location was great! It was right in front of the lift. The hotel also seemed really clean. It was also near the lodge and a restaurant.
There weren't enough covered parking spaces and it snowed heavily. We also had to walk from the covered parking to the hotel in the snow with our suitcase because there wasn't a covered walkway.
Ski trip getaway
Location was awesome! Being able to walk a few steps from your room to the ski lifts was amazing. Other then being on the older side, it's a great place. The staff was great and we enjoyed all the restaurants/bars the hotel has to offer.
My biggest complaint is that the hotel does not offer a in room safe for personal belongings. It wouldn't have been a big deal but we were on the first floor and our window did not lock. Making it possible to be opened from the outside. We didn't have any issues but it was a bit alarming while we were out on the slopes all day.
Great location, a little old
Location, rooms were very clean, proximity to slopes
Parking. If you leave at night to go around town then good luck later on to find a parking spot in the garage. Fees and taxes were excessive
Best location to stay. Closest to the lifts.
The room and the elevator are a bit small.
Maybe Yes, Maybe No
Very close to the main lodge, dog friendly, sound proof walls could not hear other pets. Cleaning staff is very nice.
Not nearly enough garage parking (there really should be more garage space for the amount of rooms in that one area), staff was asleep/ M.I.A. and we waited to check in for 20+ minutes after an 8-hour drive yelling, "hellooooo, anyone there?" Front desk could use a lot of customer service improvement. Very small rooms with VERY drafty, old windows. Would have paid more for a nicer room if we had known.
