Conveniently located near to good restaurants and shops.
The 'secure' car park wasn't so secure. Our car, along with several others got the back window smashed. It would have seemed that any estate were the rear parcel shelf was closed was targeted - bear this in mind. The lady on the reception was very helpful and tried to do her best in the circumstances.
Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Good choice of breakfast.
The hotel was recommended to me by workmates as the location was close to the event I was attending
My room-mate's car being broken into - not a complaint as your staff were so helpful and looked after her while waiting for the Police
Easy access to city centre, bars and restaurants. Staff helpful and friendly.
the rooms were not at the standard one would expect for the price. The walls were dirty, the curtains were all dust between the grooves when they were closed and the brown throws on the beds were stained. The telephone in the room was broken.
