The building is under construction and there was some noise. There was a strange smell in our room. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and the price is reasonable.

Pros (+) Close to airport (5km from NAIA, but still took over 2 hrs by taxi on a Fri afternoon at 1pm... unbelievable Manila traffic!), clean sheets, bed comfortable, fairly clean (except carpet), staff generally helpful. Low price.
