The restaurant features interesting international fare but always done with an innovative twist. Everything on the menu is interpreted through the eyes of the extremely talented kitchen staff. Some of the signature dishes include sea bass with green barley risotto, grilled octopus with romesco sauce, pork belly with quinoa cream and Costa Rican-style fried fish.
