Absolutely poor service!!!!!!!! Staffs were unable to speak in English and not exactly to ready to serve for clients. The price of the hotel room was not the same as booking and they told us that May and June price is different. It’s illegal to advertise for the client in social booking apps and the reality was different. We paid higher than we booked. It was disgusting even we have already booked the room two days before we arrived. Also the breakfast was not included. We needed to pay extra money for breakfast!!!!!!!!!!! Is it normal?
