Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast options, and spacious rooms. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning issues such as dirty towels, outdated furniture, and lack of proper hygiene in rooms and bathrooms. While some found the hotel to be well-organized and comfortable, others felt it did not meet five-star standards and required renovation. Overall, the positives centered around convenience, service, and amenities, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.
