Nothing is interested bedside the location!
People are friendly but the management is terrible!
When I checked in it was several items missing, or not working in the room starting from missing light,tv has 3 local Chanels the rest of Chanel's no signal,& heat,( set as AC) only,to the hot water in the shower on & off beside a broken fridge that takes them three days to be fixed! The only reason why I stayed is I was not staying I used the room just to sleep!!! The day I checked in was at 1am! Which is Tuesday,since then I usually stay from 1 to 9 or 10 am & I leave!

The view was amazing , the location was near to every thing ( supermarket, train station, restaurants ) I like the spa and the girls there was so nice
Breakfast was poor , swimmin pool is bad , parking is to small to get in or out , and reception guy was rude has no respect for a certain clientele , Internet sucks

Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. They dealt with any problems swiftly. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast time was from 6.00 - 10.30 which was great as it allowed flexibility for us to either have an early start or to have a lie in.
It was a bit noisy as the hotel is on a very busy main road. Some guests were noisy returning from nights out but this was dealt with when brought to the attention of Reception. It was also a bit noisy at the pool when some guests got a bit boisterous and there were no hotel staff around.

Nice food, very clean, location wasnt to bad, round 5 minutes in a taxi from to souks,located in nice clean area of Marakech..!!!
Yea the staff were poor, havint got much english and not very helpful also there was this taxi driver who hangs round the hotel, trys to be friendly with you but wont take you to the place you asked him to and then rips you off...!!!!
