10.0 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant on premises was excellent! Again, staff was wonderful, prompt, friendly and professional.
Cons: This place was a very pleasant surprise. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and helpfulness from the staff. Due to construction on roads enroute, we were severely delayed in our arrival and yet the professionalism of staff was both appreciated and noted by my husband and me. The only negative I would report is our stay there was way too short.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. We were very pleasantly surprised for this price point.
Cons: The worst thing we can come up with is there was no cream and sugar in the room. Not too big an issue since we simply walked downstairs to the free coffee bar. Did have to get dressed though..

Pros: The rooms were great
Cons: The pool and restaurant were both closed.

Pros: An okay place. They rent nightly rooms in addition to monthly ones. Room 107 is quiet but needs a curtain to block out the outside light.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, great price, always a good place to stay.
Cons: Don’t know if they have restaurant.

Cons: The beds are noisy (the toppers seemed plastic). Everyone I turned over it would wake my husband and the same for him.
7.0 Good
Pros: The activities available in the backyard
Cons: No internet. Was not able to work (which was the reason for the booking of this particular hotel--kids could play outside while I worked). Needs a mini fridge/microwave--standard at most hotels around this star rating
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfy.
Cons: Staff at front desk were not very informative or welcoming. We were told were our room was and where to park, but no other information was given, such as about the pool, dining available or not available or other services offered.
4.3 Okay
Cons: When booking I asked " Do the rooms have a microwave and refrigerate? Yes they do was the reply. Upon arrival We were financially duped into renting these items. Why wouldn't the room rentals be informed upon the question? We brought in 3 days worth of food that would have perished and were forced to rent. The AD showed in hotel resturaunt, casino and several other amenities. Upon arrival We were told if we wanted to go there a shuttle would be provided. Again we felt duped. Unable to gamble as planned and inconvenienced to say the least. At8 AM house keeping woke up our room with vigorous knocking. We were offended.

Pros: It was quiet, restful but very dated. Close to pool and Jacuzzi, not to hard to find your way around town, front desk very helpful, and the room was cool. Need to reinforce the outer doors because smoke came in while neighbors were outside smoking.
Cons: Clean up the out door areas, for almost $600.00 I had to swipe away cigarette butts from my porch every morning. The walk to the pool was littered as well, cabanas need to be cleaned before you open the pool every morning, not done while we were there!

Pros: Staff was nice, place was nice and clean.
7.5 Good
Pros: They provided a coffee maker in the room as well as lobby in the morning. Very important!
Cons: Parking was a problem for me because I had sprained my foot, it was over 112 degree, so after I found a spot, it was difficult to pack my bag thru the hot parking lot to check in and to the room.
7.0 Good
Cons: Walls thin, heard next door neighbor. And when the kids were running in and out of the room, slamming doors the walls rattled. No sleeping in for this weekend getaway. Also the carpet in hallways was bowed and appeared un clean.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Because this was my first time in a Casino, I found it to be very pleasant and comfortable. I especially liked the cost of our meal (don't remember the name of the place inside the Casino). It was not the Buffet. My husband and I do NOT gamble therefore, it was nice to just walk around the Casino. We were on our way to LA, therefore, it was a 5+ hour from Salt Lake City to get to your facility and we found it to be very nice, clean and affordable.
Cons: The ice machine on our floor was inoperable. This is the only compliant I have because my husband and I are in our 80's and having to walk more than we needed to, was not a pleasant thing to do, therefore, we just went without ice. I think you should have more than ONE location for each floor (seeing as the floors contain many, many, many, many rooms.
