Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great room with washer and dryer in newly remodeled 1 bedroom. Staff was great plus got $25 worth of free stuff. I will be back next visit - better than a hotel Room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Who needs the strip when you stay here? With a west facing room, we had the best view of the strip, and city center, without all the noise. We were only a block away from the strip, and our room offered so much more Then the traditional rooms on the strip. Having a room with the kitchen helped us save money by allowing us to bring our leftovers back to the room and heat them up. That was certainly an unexpected perk! Been able to wash my clothes before coming home save me the stress of having to do laundry as soon as I get home. It was a coffee shop and market downstairs along with the fitness room, there was nothing to miss about the strip at all. Loved staying here!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great accommodation, Great staff at check in, valet & porters Pools on 5th floor & roof a very nice touch.
Cons: Concierge staff were not very helpful. Mae in particular was rude & not at all helpful. Only critical comment re the suite, carpet badly worn.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Kitchen included. Beds are comfortable and location was away from the strip so easier to get rest at night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Used the 2 BR. Nice having room to relax. Upscale. Pool areas nice. Close to strip.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Great location - across the street from miracle mile entrance. excellent staff - helpful and positive. Cozy pool - food drinks and music with lots of mid day sun. Comfortable rooms - very quiet at night with quality beds. Wi fi worked also worked well.
Cons: No room service, food availability is limited. Snacks were good enough for us though. Our room had a microwave which came in handy.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Spacious rooms, friendly staff, very clean!
Cons: Would have liked more dining options, but understandable considering current situation. Not enough staff out front at check in time, but they were very helpful. Also, understandable.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: I liked our room layout. Especially the view! Very romantic. Very spacious. Money well spent.
Cons: Couldn't find the I've machine.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Nice Hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location for this property is underrated. Great location! Easy access to the strip. Easy access to Miracle Mile Shops. Bummer the roof top bar was shut down due to the high winds.
Cons: Pretty awesome stay and location!!! Only critique would be the front when entering. The street leading up to the front of the property is a bit chaotic and could benefit from a traffic cop presence to help facilitate the madness.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect, one block off the strip. Walgreens is also one block away, great for stocking up on groceries and goodies. The staff here is incredibly accommodating. Rooms are rather large, with full size kitchen, and washer/dryer.
Cons: This hotel does not have room service. Rather small detail.
Good 7.7
Pros: My friends and I (4 ladies in our late 20's, early 30's) traveled to Vegas to celebrate a birthday and stayed at the Marriott Grand Chateau. We selected this hotel because of the price ($207 per night), location (1 block from the strip and directly across from Planet Hollywood Mall/Casino), and room set-up (2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and kitchen). The rooms were amazing and we had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable, esp with the extra bathroom that we found extremely helpful when we were getting ready to go out at night. The only downfall is the early check-out time of 10am. Also liked that is was a non-smoking facility, which gave our lungs a break!
Cons: Early checkout time (10am), but the hotel will hold your luggage for free.

Excellent 9.4
Pros: I like the simple process of checking into the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. No forced march through a smoke filled casino. Staff was fantastic.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was great, staff wonderful & love that it's not part of the casino!
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful
Cons: The restaurant and room service food are mediocre. We ate at the onsite restaurant and ordered the special which turned out to be a dried out tasteless piece of breaded veal. I asked for anchovies on a ceasar salad and it arrived without them. Since the hotel is attached to the Mandalay Bay, there are many alternative bettter meal choices.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Non-gaming hotel meant no exposure to smoke filled casinos during check-in or for lunch/dinner. Extremely friendly staff cognizant of our visit to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. They sent up a sweet birthday dessert. Accommodating with non-allergic pillows and duvet.
Cons: Surprised no chocolate with turn down service and no slippers as well.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room & bed was very comfortable & well appointed. Beautiful hotel, wonderful art & the gym is great!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The beds are amazing and we love that the hotel does not have a casino and truly feels like a resort. Rooms are really comfortable, feel luxurious and the staff super helpful. Gym and spa are top-notch and Veranda restaurant is great for breakfast.
Good 7.4
Pros: Overall, a very comfortable stay
Cons: Elevators require a key to operate - that function worked flawlessly only half the time. They charge you for $150 per night for "incidentals" at check-in, without notice, so make sure you're a one-percenter. Location sucks, too.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was an amazing hotel with a great staff. I think this may be my favorite hotel we have stayed in.
Cons: Nothing. It was close to perfect.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I have a client been going to Las Vegas for 15 years and this is the first time I ever stayed at the four seasons and seem to try new hotels every trip but I will never try any hotel any longer because the four seasons is my new home. The staff took such good care of me from the minute I arrived at the door to the front desk to the restaurant and everywhere I went I felt like a king.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was great and the entire hotel staff was awesome!
Okay 5.7
Pros: The room was well decorated and the beds were very comfortable
Cons: The quality of the experience and service was poor. The staff was poorly trained-- it definitely did not feel like four seasons level service. I later learned that it is a franchise and they operate quite differently from the other hotels.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Outstanding hotel, a sanctuary away from the activity on the Strip and casinos. Great gym, delicious breakfast in the Veranda. Super friendly staff, concierge (Marama) was absolutely top-notch - we learned that Post Malone had cancelled after we arrived and she immediately jumped to it and found us great seats at the Criss Angel show. Can't recommend the Four Season in Vegas highly enough!
Good 7.0
Pros: The front desk stuff is very friendly and the bathroom products are superb! They provide L'Occitane!!! Can you believe it?
Excellent 8.0
Pros: the service around the pool was quite incredible with very pleasant & hard working staff, even poolside food was excellent
Good 7.7
Pros: enjoyed to serenity. Staff was always available and helpful. Great contrast to all the loud casinos up and down the strip.
Good 7.0
Pros: I was in a 1100 sq foot suite which was nice and met my expectations.
Cons: Cleaning staff... On three occasions they burst into the room after only a quick knock having total disregard for guest privacy. One of those occasions I was changing and told them quite emphatically to come back, the person said let me just grab your room service cart first, walked right into the suite to grab the cart which was just outside the bedroom door where I wasn't wearing any clothes. Not impressed and they heard about it!
Good 7.7
Pros: For business travel, it's a nice place to stay. It is one that I typically stay in while in Vegas. Not the nicest, or cheapest, but a pretty fair mix. The restaurants and services connected with the Mandalay Bay are very good.

Excellent 9.4
Pros: Good size. Well appointed. Clean. Good location excellent value. Parking. Staff fantastic. Special point to Sierra.
Cons: Toilet tub area in room was very small. Huge vanity area but tiny toilet area. Poor original planning. But a very small complaint.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: No parking or resort fees. safe and friendly workers.
Cons: slow checkout.need to update room carpets.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Recently renovated. Fully equipped. Nice pool and whirlpool. Gas bbqs by pool area. Large comfortable rooms.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Location
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Kitchen, patio, and staff member that checked me and helped me with my luggage.
Cons: Bugs by the pool, holes in the walls, no housekeeping, bathroom shower bar broken, no enough towels and when I called to ask about restaurant that delivered the staff member was rude and said she doesn't eat fast food so I can't help you.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Nice place, clean
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I like the accommodations, which includes the bed comfort and spacious rooms.
Cons: I disliked the noisy AC and small restroom.
Good 7.1
Pros: Off the strip, parking included. Nice pool area. Low key.
Cons: Constant calling to try to get you to join the time share. We stayed here only because we were part of a wedding party that had a time share. Very persistent.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Off strip but walkable, closer to airport than others, free parking since more hotels are charging by the hour, quiet due to less drunks, spacious with kitchen for left overs and balcony to sit in sun, friendly and accomodating staff because I like the same room!
Okay 5.4
Pros: The resort itself was well maintained.
Cons: They did not clean the rooms on a regular basis. They came in once and made out bed. They only replaced two of the four towels with clean towels. One they left hanging in the back of the bathroom door wet and another they just took. We did not put then in the floor to be replaced because we had no idea if they were coming in the room or not. We were not informed that they did not clean the rooms when we booked or at check in. The dryer did not work in the laundry on site and we had to take wet clothes to a 24 hour laundromat to dry.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved having a small apartment feel to have everything I needed to cook and take a couple days off from the strip tourist grind but still very close to anything my family wanted to see. Check in was easy and location was quiet. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Cons: The only thing was that you could hear every time someone walked by the room because the walkways are kind of loud.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Having a full kitchen, location, no casino, and a good rate was what the resort a great choice for my stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excelent resort. Like staying at home.
Cons: Don't have any
Good 7.3
Pros: This appears to be a new property primarily set up for a 'time share' type of arrangement. However it is also a hotel. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The rooms were real suites with bedroom, living room and full kitchens. My room was very clean and well maintained. The hotel's public rooms were the same. The complimentary breakfast was better than the normal found at other hotels. The "Manager's Reception" each afternoon was a nice touch with complimentary wine, beer and snacks. A nice, quiet and very affordable place to stay. Only downside is that it is a bit off the downtown area of LV. However cabs are plentiful and the crowds were scare there.
Cons: There were absolutely no negative parts of my two night stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We had a great suite with many extras that made our stay very comfortable! The efficient staff were quite helpful with all our needs. And the special rate was hard to beat..
Good 7.7
Pros: A hotels reputation can made or broken by its staff, this Hotels staff definitely compliment this hotel and make you feel that whatever your need is then they will try and accommodate and go that extra yard to ensure your stay goes smoothly.
Cons: I'm really struggling to find anything to fault this hotel and its staff.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We did appreciate complimentary breakfast and the WiFi.
Cons: The noise from the unit above us was disturbing, perhaps refurbishing?
Good 6.4
Pros: It was very quite and just a short walk from the strip, this was the last night of a three week stay in south west america.
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8.0
Pros: the room was spacious and everything was so cleam
Cons: my only complaint was that I didn't receive my wakeup call as requested
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was a pleasant, relaxed setting after being on the Strip.Helpful staff and very nice rooms.Nice pool and exercise room.I would stay there again.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.4
Pros: Ease of access, easy to find and close to Las Vegas centre and monorail. Just 300 meters.
Cons: A restaurant would have been nice.
Good 7.2
Pros: The service and the room were great, the concierge was very helpful too.
Cons: The breakfast room and the breakfast itselve could be better: in the room (same as lobby) were not enough places, the buffet was ok, but could be better presented. Nevertheless, the breakfast was included, what is not usual, and therefore very positive.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Carriage House is easy to miss...no restaurant, no casino, surrounded by towers...but don’t pet size fool you. If you’re like us and want a quiet room, a comfy bed, and all within walking distance of the Strip- the Careiage House is perfect for you!
Cons: Honestly, nothing. It was exactly as advertised. I guess I can quibble and wish there was more than one ice machine in the building, but that’s really nitpicking. We were very satisfied.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Easy walking to get places on the strip. Ample parking (with shade, even). Full kitchen meant I could prepare breakfast/lunch myself (healthy eating so I can eat the good stuff for dinner!) Wifi in the room worked well.
Cons: Fitness room was quite small (but I got lucky and found it available when I needed it)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was extremely comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Near the strip but much quieter. No casino, no smoking! Entrance is modest, which is fine - go to the strip for glitter.
Cons: Grocery stores not nearby, so plan in advance.
Good 6.2
Cons: overpriced for an average hotel off the strip. Also, hard for Uber drivers to find which made pick up wait time longer. Hotel is kinda hidden.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is great, 5 minute walk to the strip. The rooms are remodeled so they're modern and have fully equipped kitchens. There is no resort fee, and free parking right in front of the hotel.
Cons: Nothing, this place is the bee's knees.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I stayed in a studio suite with king size bed, full kitchen, lounging and dining area. The accommodation are very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no gaming area in the lobby. The hotel is right next to Planet Hollywood and MGM and next to Miracle Mile shopping with shops, restaurants and Starbucks.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We would highly recommend this hotel as it is very close to the strip plus the suites are great and clean. Also the rates are great.
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8.0
Pros: cleanliness, location, pleasant and very helpful staff, quiet, very well equipped/appointed room. swimming pool/hot tub and free sun loungers!!
Good 7.7
Pros: Quiet area away from the noise of the strip but close enough to walk to casinos. blackout curtains let us sleep in late after a long night. Liked Free Internet access in the room even though it required a network cable. Kitchen with Fridge, microwave stove and coffee pot was great, Also a Great Price.
Cons: Room had a slight smoke odor despite being a Smoke Free room. would have liked Wireless internet access
Okay 5.3
Pros: Kitchen in the room
Cons: very loud A/C
Good 7.3
Pros: Great room, clean, comfortable.
Good 6.0
Pros: I liked the room. It was cozy.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean modern decor. Swanky Mad Men feel
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I have stayed here twice. I find this is a good location. It is close to everything (dinning, entrainement, shopping, etc.) not noisy.
Cons: Everything was good nothing to dislike. The staff are professional and discreet. I recommend it to all. The parking is free.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rooms are clean and spacious.
Okay 5.1
Pros: At face value, the Elara looks like a nice hotel. However, it was obvious that they didn't put the amount of $$ into the amenities that matter.
Cons: Horrible wifi even after paying a premium price Check-out at 10 Remote control did not work IT support was not on-site and could not help The bed bowed into the middle The water pressure was horrible Not a fan of black toilets and jetted tubs.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The host who checked us in was very friendly and gave us a lot of useful information. The 24-hour bar was very useful, especially after landing after midnight, and it being too late for us to go out. The bartender was very friendly and hospitable. I liked the added security before getting to the elevators with the "guard" standing by to make sure everyone had working keys before entering the elevator area.
Cons: It was a little of a hassle to have to go to some rooms because they were on different towers. So, if they were on the 6th floor, but we were on the 50th floor, we had to go back down to the bottom floor to take another elevator to get to our friends' room. It was a little inconvenient. Also, when we asked housekeeping for clean towels, she reacted as if we were accusing her of stealing from our room. We were just asking if we could get new towels, because ours were laying on our beds, etc. Her reaction was odd since we weren't accusing her of anything.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location!!
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Rooms were so big. Best experience by far. Will be booking there from now on
Cons: Some stuff were not working or a little difficult. Like the washer and dryer. Projector , jetted tub all work but difficult to handle
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice hotel with great windows and good location. It was clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons: There wasn't a great front entrance. You normally had to pass through the mall to get anywhere.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The bed and view were great
Cons: Overbooked couldn't stay longer
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the access to Miracle Mile. Very responsive staff and room service. We enjoyed the set up of the Jr Suite room, with fridge, access to bathroom from the hallway and not just sleeping room. Nice tub and large closets. Furniture was comfortable and the bed was exceptional.
Cons: A few details kept creeping up. The buttons on the phone didn't take you to the correct spot (pressing bell man went to IVR with no selection for bell stand). Miscommunication on the hotspot sign in (not on our room key folder and wasn't told at check in. Booking through one of their partners held a few surprises...no hilton points, wifi not free, "availability" of requested room. For example, I got a great email asking what kind of room preference (view, quiet, high floor, etc.) and a request for the timeframe I would arrive (late afternoon, evening etc.) Email was confirmed and they would do their best to accommodate. FYI I selected the view because my business partner and I would be spending two and half days developing our business plan in our room. When we entered the room, we were staring directly into the parking garage. Hey, guys don't ask if you can't deliver. Don't set expectations you can't fulfill. Whenever I book through third party, I seem to get treated as a sub-guest. But surprise - my experiences still contribute to my brand relationship overall. Usually with Hilton, the service and details are stunning.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Found everything about the place to be first class. From the immaculate facilities to the professional and helpful staff to the amazing suite my high expectations were met and exceeded. Highly recommend this location to those seeking a fun, luxurious stay sans smoke and gambling in the lobby.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our suite was huge/spacious. Only drawback was t the shower. The shower curtain was too short, therefore water would leak onto the bathroom floor.
Cons: With a hotel that is vast in size, most stuff is quite a walk away, not so convenient. That being said, nothing can be done about that. As for the shower, longer curtains!!
Good 7.7
Pros: The hotel is very well located, the room was excelent, very large and comfortable.
Cons: I think the hotel should put their name on the front door that is inside the Miracle Mile Mall, because it's hard to find if you are not sure where it is.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: clean room, jacuzzi tub, microwave, sink and dishes for cooking
Good 7.3
Pros: We stayed in Planet Hollywood Westgate for 3 nights. We initially booked a studio suite. While cheking in we asked for a room with better view and the guy at reception offered to upgrade at very minimum rate. We took it & I m so glad we took it. Originally we booked a studio room, which had a single room facing garage i.e. towards Harmon drive, when we upgraded we got a room facing Hotel Paris, eiffle tower, a slight view of Bellagio fountain [in short awesome view]. Our stay was very comfortable, we enjoyed staying in Planet hollywood, would definately stay there again and would also recommend to others.
Cons: None
Okay 4.7
Pros: Very large rooms.
Cons: Rude staff, no valet parking, horrible customer service.
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was amazing and for the cost, perfect. Projector screen along with wall mounted TV's in every area including the bathroom, separate living room area, full kitchen and a dining area for 6!
Cons: No complaints, but I wasn't in my room a whole lot to really notice any either.
Okay 5.7
Pros: The decor and room features were great.
Cons: The valet parking attendents were less than accomodating; the shower pressure in the bathroom was poor.
Good 7.7
Pros: THe appartment was Amazing!
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7.6
Pros: Perfect location for the main part of the strip. Kitchen area was useful. Plenty of clean towels provided. Brilliant views. Even studio suites have seperate bedroom and lounge area.
Cons: Noise from other rooms can be loud in the evening, especially at weekends. Quite a walk through Miracle Mile shops to get to the strip.
Good 7.0
Pros: Planet Hollywood Towers is a very nice hotel with a boutique feel. The design is young and vibrant, it is centrally located, the rooms are represented accurately on the website and I felt overall it was a great choice. The service staff at the hotel was generally very attentive, especially the valet, who never made us wait more than two minutes before securing us a taxi.
Cons: I would have liked more room service options, as well as a more responsive housekeeping staff. I absolutely did not like the people attempting to pitch time shares at the hotel. The constant solicitation from the timeshare salespeople really cheapens the feel of a hotel that with a few minor adjustments might be considered a luxury class hotel. Also, I thought I smelled smoke a few times which I'm guessing came from one of the rooms next door or something. That was surprising since I was told PH Towers was a non smoking establishment. Overall though, any issues encountered were minimal. The hotel is a great choice.
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff was friendly, the room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: When I used the jet sprays from the bathtub, there was a lot of dirty stuff that came out from them and floated in my bath water. I had to take a shower instead.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was great!!!!! Facilities were very clean and well maintained! Room was spacious and nice. Location is perfect after a long day/night on the strip, it's actually quiet and restful.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: nice stay, thanks
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Massive rooms, great view.
Cons: Unnecessary resort fees.
Okay 4.5
Cons: I chose the Signature because it had a charging station for the Tesla. I called to confirm they had it by phone. When we arrived I asked them to charge car for trip to La in the morning. They assured us they would. The next morning they bring up the car with 11 miles of charge. So we were delayed by about 2 hours and we had planned the trip to be in LA for a family event coming back early especially. I said "it's not been charged" Mario (actual name) says - "it wasn't me" I said but we have plans. "Nothing I can do" and walks away. I ask for his manager. He comes - frankly I forget his name - but he's the one actually responsible for setting the tone - and says - sorry - but nothing I can do." But our plans are ruined say I. We don't have a contract that we have to charge your car. Says he. "There was an implicit and verbal contract in your valets agreement to charge the car as well as the advertising of the availability of the supercharger and subsequently the valet saying he would charge the car." The utter disregard for any responsibility or care for a family of 5 traveling thru Nevada is unacceptable.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: great view
Cons: couch wasn't very comfortable
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had a junior suite with balcony. We enjoyed the balcony, the location and the kitchenette. Great place for a family. You can enter without having to walk through a casino. Clean, spacious room.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: I really enjoyed staying at the signature! I was offered an upgrade to the 30th floor and my view from the balcony was amazing!
Cons: If You are looking for a place that has casinos, you will have to walk a ways. There are 3 towers and I was in the 3rd tower. There was a small cafe in the 2nd tower and a lounge in the 1st tower. If you plan on visiting the casino take your own cash because the ATM machines cost 8 bucks!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I travel to Vegas for business and at the end of the day I want to get away from the casinos and noise and relax in a nice big room. The MGM Signature is a relatively new building with nicely appointed, huge rooms, the lobby is quiet, and the pools are quiet. You can easily walk to the MGM if you want to find the crowds. A great spot!
Mediocre 2.2
Pros: Manager was very sweet!
Cons: Guest were freely doing drugs in the lobby. Dangerous place to stay!
Okay 4.5
Pros: early check in was promised, then not delivered. Staff also promised to deliver items to our room that never materialized. Lastly, room was not stocked with basic utensils and glasses
Cons: early check in was promised, then not delivered. Staff also promised to deliver items to our room that never materialized. Lastly, room was not stocked with basic utensils and glasses
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful rooms, quiet location. Not crowded.
Cons: Somewhat far from strip (15 min walk)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The entire room is comfy!
Cons: More towels should be provided.
Good 7.3
Pros: Signature's suite was very luxurious. The staff, especially the receptionists, were very responsive and quick. I wish my stay was longer. I would have loved to have used the facilities more.
Cons: The walk towards MGM grand takes time. Good thing there are walkalators.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The room is large, it has a kitchen and is silent.
Cons: I found it a little far from the main area in Strip, we had to get a walkway trough MGM and the two towers of the Signature (We stayed in the Tower 3).
Good 7.3
Pros: We loved the room, the location, the staff and the cleanness
Cons: No
Good 7.0
Pros: Large room, good view, location, new and clean.
Cons: No budget hotel. Breakfast not included. A bit picky staff at the lobby.

Pros: It was a non-smoking, non-gambling part of the MGM. As non-smokers, it gave a chance to get away from the smoke. The room very nice!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Quiet, non-smoking and non-gambling hotel on the strip
Good 6.3
Pros: I was very happy with the size of my suite and with the general layout of the hotel. It was in a very convenient location for the Las Vegas strip but was far enough away to give a relaxed feeling.
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 5.3
Pros: No casino in hotel
Cons: Staff could have been more accomodative "service fee" is just a hidden price hike
Good 7.0
Pros: Impressed with hotel away from all hustle and bustle and conveniently situated
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7.7
Pros: Good to go with family, but it's little expensive. Overall is good to stay with family like us.
Cons: Room is not big enough and parking need to go with Valet instend of self parking --- need to tip every time.

Pros: Kitchenette amenities, bed was comfortable ,shuttle service was convenient. Most staff were nice.
Cons: Pressure of getting time share. Front desk guy was rude when I Said that we're not interested in time share. No other room house keeping service after first day .For the price, I could have stayed at a more upscale hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great room size, location to the strip with shuttle access to harrahs. If you bear the timeshare pitch (the pitch was to hear a pitch about timeshares) which wasn't really all that bad, this is the place for you.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything. Best place for groups and the amenities are amazing. Second time staying here and It won’t be the last!
Cons: Pricing for doing a later check out. WAYYY too steep
Good 7.1
Pros: The room and facilities were beautiful and very comfortable.
Cons: The staff was very pushy and intrusive. I didn't realize this was a timeshare property and didn't appreciate them trying to get us to buy into their timeshare. We got tricked into a meeting with them and what was supposed to be a brief meeting turned into a waste of 2.5 hours of our time! I had to explain over and over again why I was not interested in a timeshare. I didn't appreciate the aggressive way they tried to get me to agree and then the intimidation act when it finally became clear that I wasn't going to buy in.
Okay 4.8
Pros: The location to the strip, the pool, the free parking.
Cons: All of the staff we interacted with were snotty, rude and lacked customer service. With the exception of the bell boy (at 2 AM when we checked in) & the pool towel staff. They were super friendly and helpful. They need to be promoted. The rest of the staff needs an attitude adjustment. And the timeshare staff/sales people are arrogant and rude. We did not do their presentation, but we stayed in the tower where their offices were, so we had to go in and out through the waiting area for the attendees. The salesmen couldn't even say excuse me or get out of the way when we would pass through the lobby. Tacky, sleezy salesmen. Yuck! We will NOT stay here again. Not worth the price.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Very spacious, nice kitchen, large bathrooms, clean, staff very friendly, good value, no hidden resort fees
Cons: Not much natural light, a bit of a walk to the strip, a bit forceful about attending their timeshare talk
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Loved the large room that came with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the proximity to the Strip without having to be ON the Strip.
Cons: The sink and refrigerator were dirty/stinky. It seemed also like all of the drains in the bathrooms had a hard time draining.
Good 7.4
Pros: It’s close to the strip.
Cons: Fridge took forever to get cold and ac in the room was working poorly.
Okay 4.2
Cons: Felt like a tired timeshare, a little unkempt, empty and no daily housekeeping. I'd rather pay a little more and stay in a more modern and conventional hotel. Lesson learned.
Good 6.8
Pros: Very clean. Great to have laundry in room. Nice pool area and fitness center. Kids and families have their own pool. Pleasant staff.
Cons: Walk to strip was unpleasant with seedy characters - even in the daytime. Shuttle does not stop along the way so we wound up walking to Aria, Bellagio, etc. Bed was uncomfortable. No soundproofing with shared door to adjacent room, could hear everything. No balconies. In the spring and fall, the pool is in shade much of the day because of the towers. Deli was mediocre. Cannot walk between the towers without going outside.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly & helpful staff.
Cons: Check out time was too early
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooms were beautiful and the grounds were gorgeous
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.7
Pros: We liked the ability to have a full kitchen, and the availability of an on site reasonably priced restaurant.
Good 6.0
Pros: The hotel room was clean and the staff was courteous. It was easy to get to the hotel and to leave for whatever destination we had planned. In other words the location was just fine.
Cons: I did not and do not like the constant badgering regarding the experience we/I had at the Wyndham. To ask once is fine, twice is ok, more then that is a bother. Remember, if there is something wrong during our stay we actually might voice a complaint , that way you will get feedback also.To have no internet available at no cost is a sore point with me also. I traveled through the back country of Canada for 10 days prior to arriving at the Wyndham and stayed in 9 different motels and none of them remotely as nice as the Wyndham.Funny enough every one of them had wireless internet available in each room at no charge. At the very beginning of this survey it states if it can ask 4 questions. This # 4 and the last one I answer.
Good 7.3
Pros: Large rooms, convenient layout nice amenities
Good 7.0
Pros: Our suite was very nice. We liked the granite counter tops. Very nice king sized bed with plenty of pillows.
Cons: It's a time share resort, but as we had paid for our stay as though it were a hotel I didn't care for the repeated sales pitches.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: It would be really helpful if there were childcare available during timeshare presentations.
Good 7.7
Pros: Quite possibly the friendlest, most helpful hotel staff that I have ever encountered
Cons: Twice I was requested to participate in an "Information Session" and they were very persistent although not successful.
Good 6.0
Pros: 2 bdrm suite with kitchen
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.0
Pros: This place was very relaxed and clean. It has several pools and jacuzzis felt great at night. Rooms were big and it had a full kitchen with a full dining room. Staff way nice and accomodating to our needs.
Cons: The rooms were a little outdated and in the 2 bedroom suite you can only get the other room with 2 full beds instead of a queen or other king. Can't relax in the pool with drinks and be relaxed they were very strick on rules at the pool. And there was no house cleaning the whole time we were there.
Good 7.6
Pros: the hotel was quiet and peaceful
Cons: there was no ice at the vending machines in my floorPrices at the market for groceries were outregous
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Overall it was a beautiful place. Our rooms were basically a huge condo. Very spacious. Very satisfied. It had everything we need as if I was in my own home. Thanks
Cons: I did not mind it much but it would be nice if housekeeping was a daily thing and not when I leave.

Pros: It was located just across the freeway from the Strip. About 5 minutes from a very nice mall for shopping and dinner options. It was a very quiet location. The rooms were large and well stocked with everything we needed. The staff was GREAT.
Cons: Not located in a neighborhood that was very walkable.

Good 7.1
Pros: Huge decline in overall value
Cons: Since Hilton Hotels took over the Mandarin Oriental just about every corner that can be cut has been cut. No more water by bedside no more bathroom amenities. They have greatly cheap in the hotel and believe it should not be ranked much more than a three or four star experience at this point
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Quiet. Very pleasant, welcoming staff. Overall an excellent property.
Cons: Some wonky light switches, an old covered up phone plate in the bathroom that looked like a third-rate cover up, and a phone that did not work...would not hold a charge. These are deficiencies a 5 star cannot allow.
Excellent 9.4
Cons: Zen Kitchen was so high priced it made me feel dirty. I expected everything to cost more because of the touristy nature of the area but Zen Kitchen was the one place that was extremely high priced.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The accommodations were amazing
Cons: Food and service in the Zen Cafe could have been much better.

Pros: Having access to spacious living room, dining area, bathrooms, all all amenities that make us renting a home. Staff were friendly and professional. We were greeted by everyone who worked there with smiles. This hotel did not have casino like other hotels in the Strip.
Cons: They don’t offer daily cleaning services uncles you pay for fees.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Just about everything
Cons: Location. Not exactly a quick walk to the strip. If it were 2 blocks closer , it would be great. But that’s wishful thinking.
Good 7.7
Pros: Bluegreen Club 36 is located approx 1 .5 miles from the Strip and allows you to relax away from the crowds. They provide a shuttle service that drops you at the main locations during main hours. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to airport.
Okay 5.3
Pros: Having a sitting room
Cons: The check system that could not find my online reservation was problematic.
Good 7.0
Pros: Excellent value. Enjoyed having a small condo v just a hotel room. Convenience of shops in the same plaza.
Cons: No windows in the living room/kitchen area. No full length mirror.
Okay 5.3
Pros: Everything was according to expected. The rooms were big and clean and staff was nice.
Cons: The only 2 things I wasn't thrilled about were the towels and bedding. The towel felt harsh on the skin and the bedding sheets could be of better quality. The pillows weren't great either.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice accomodations that is quiet and comfortable.
Good 6.7
Pros: Staff was wonderful. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Very nicely decorated. Good exericise equipment.
Cons: Computer center is outdated - no printer, computers old and slow. No phone to call out or front desk if "O" needed. Drunks fighting outside window awakened us atabout 3 a.m. - security seemed too young, not authoritative - or know how to handle them.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Jetted tub, comfy bed. Nice, quiet, modern room with beautiful features.
Cons: My stay was too short.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Good value for the money, nice location, love the MGM grand pool.
Cons: The signature is starting to show its age. Technology was starting to seem dated. There were cigarette holes in the carpet and one of the faucets did not work.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Everything was clean and the facilities were more than accommodating
Cons: Arriving before check in time, I asked if I could upgrade to an early check in. No one was able to accommodate the request or tell me when my room could be available ahead of normal check In time.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: -Amazing views of the city (with the right room) -Very quiet, feels like you're off the strip when you're just walking distance away from everything -Staff was friendly and helpful
Cons: -Concierge said there would be water bottles in the room, but there weren't. Good thing we brought our own!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Lots of space in 1 bedroom suite. 2 bathrooms.
Cons: No early check in. No club entry with hotel guests.
Okay 5.1
Cons: No early checkin although room was ready. Waited 20 minutes to check bags and no one ever showed up and the other employees went to look for them, ended up just taking them to MGM to check them while we went to eat before our flight.
Okay 4.0
Cons: I wrote to say the toaster had coils outside of the toaster morning 1. I got a response 3 days later. Staff was rude. We checked in and our keys didn't work, twice. The 2nd time bellman was delivering luggage to our 2 bedroom suite. The bellman wouldn't let us into the 2nd room. He called maintenance to come fix the lock. I was on the phone with the front desk letting them know the keys opened the 1st room but not the 2nd. The woman who just checked us in, replaced the keys once said I remember you, come back. I sent my 6 foot 6 son to the front desk. The man working behind the desk was on the lobby floor, yelled at my son because he's a minor that he was to leave no children are allowed in the hotel lobby. My son was in the lobby to pick up the new key. My son returned to the room, bellman finished and I gathered my children and returned to the lobby for now the 3rd time. All reports I read was hotel is open, come out! I arrived to find NO valet. NO room service. NO Starbucks. NO pool service. NO housekeeping. When I called to add another day to extend our trip Brian in reservations said do you have a request for high floor? I said yes, that would be great! Upon check in was given rooms on the 2ns floor. Really? This whole trip I was repeatedly told NO. NO, NO, NO. Why even open??? This was no vacation. NOT relaxing, NOT enjoyable. I stay at your hotel 2 to 3 times a year. And have for the past 8 years. This was my last stay. Extremely dirty, disappointed. Ripped furniture. No service and certainly didn't treat me or my family well. Disappointing!
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: porr customer service I schedule a room for sunday and they told me that I couldn't check in until 3pm even thou I told them that I got married at 12 am and that we needed a room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Stay in this hotel two times. Hotel service is excellent. Room is Very clean and Quiet. friendly staff. We like it.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I needed a comfortable room near but not on the strip, this had all I needed. Jet tub, clean room, access to all of the other Towers and MGM facilities. Some services aren't available when not booked through the hotel - book with them directly. Staff were all great, from valet to service desk.
Cons: They have coffee in the room (rare in Vegas), but it's not good. Even for vending machines, everything was in another tower. Tower Two has nothing but rooms and ice machines...but it's quiet. Pick your preference.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I have now stayed at the Signature on 3 separate occasions. I would recommend the Signature to anyone who visits Las Vegas and does not feel necessary to walk thru a Casino to arrive at their room. All 3 of my stays were for business and parking and retrieving my car several times a day was a breeze. Rooms and view were terrific!
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Balcony & kitchenette
Cons: at 12:30 AM, checking took over 30 minutes. Front desk staff were uber slow. I purposefully booked a room for 2 adults and two kids because we needed two beds. We arrived to find one bed for four people. The front desk staff told me that two of us could sleep on the terribly uncomfortable sofa bed with dirty sheets and blamed the party we booked through for the fact that we only had one bed instead of two queens. When I asked for clean sheets for the sofa bed, the hotel failed to provide them despite numerous calls to the front desk. I had to resort to. Going to the lobby and fortunately received some sheets from someone ifrom housekeeping who I saw in the lobby. We made the bed ourselves. The room itself looked dirty and had scuffs all over the walls.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very Spacious Clean & Tidy
Cons: Check Out At 10AM
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Nice non casino hotel in the heart of the strip.
Cons: They sell time shares and are pushing you to attend seminars
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I loved the room convenience and the kitchen
Cons: The trash was a little small
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The value we received given the fact there was a large conference was going on, was great.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Great balcony. Kitchenette with mini fridge and utensils.
Cons: Elevator wasn't working properly. Valet guy wasn't very nice.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Overbooked so they sent me to a location far away from the strip. Only provided me with 1 cab stipend that didn't even cover a tip to the driver. Very dissapointed
Good 7.4
Pros: The property's located centrally on the Las Vegas 'strip', with most key attractions within walking distance; a bus stop isn't far away, for easy access to Downtown and beyond. The property is well maintained with good facilities and some rooms have excellent views.
Cons: Beware of offers for the 'welcome package' after you've checked in - for me, this was an offer of a part-rebate on my booking if I was willing to sit through a sales presentation for the resort. No interest from me - so no welcome for me. Staff, generally, seemed more sales-oriented than service-oriented, which was disappointed and unexpected.
Good 6.2
Pros: The only good thing about this place was the location. AWESOME location. The rooms were also clean.
Cons: The staff was horrible. Upon arrival they had no record of my reservation. Luckily I had my confirmation papers with me. I then had to wait another 45 mins for them to make another reservation. I had 3 rooms btw. Once the reservation was made they charged me an extra $100 for each room that's a total of $300! and it was their mistake that the reservations were not there. After I checked out and went back home I noticed another charge for $67 on my credit card. I called to ask them about and they told my it was an amenity fee for using valet parking, the pool, business center, fitness center etc. I NEVER used any of that stuff. I spoke with a manger he hung up on me and when I called back he mysteriously left for the day. I asked for a corporate phone number and they gave me a number to a local spa! very unprofessional place. will never stay here again.
Okay 5.7
Cons: Relentless timeshare upselling Very small room (no chairs!) My bed = foldout couch Housekeeping bothers you early and often (didn't clean 1 day) Hidden "resort fee" = more expensive than other, more desirable properties
Excellent 10.0
Pros: For location, amenities, and value it is now one of my favorite places to stay on the strip. Having the small kitchen set up with fridge and microwave and dishes is great! And can't beat the location for the price!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was barely a block off the strip so very convenient to get into the hub of Vegas. Gym, pools, and amenaties top notch for money spent. Glad that it was not connected to a casino as I am not a gambler or drinker, but do enjoy wandering the strip. Would stay here again and will likely be my first location to check for my next trip back to the Vegas area.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Rooftop pool. Location on the strip. Nice suite, big bathroom. Balcony a plus.
Cons: Skip the up-sale at check-in. In resort store too expensive.
Good 6.7
Pros: The location was excellent and the parking very good, despite what others have said. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. All staff were helpful and friendly. While there was some encouragement to partake of the "condo tour", it wasn't persistent. Check-in and out was efficient with absolutely no difficulties. We had the 1 bedroom suite with its excellent living room and kitchen. Thoroughly recommend staying here, but remember, it is not a full service hotel.
Cons: No complaints, it was better than expected.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and comfort. One Bedroom Villa was superb! Juan one of the Valet Attendants was great.
Cons: Nothing.
Good 7.7
Pros: Great location, nice rooms
Good 6.7
Pros: It so close to the strip yet nice to stay in a quiet place at the end of the day!
Okay 5.7
Pros: I liked the location, It is near to the places where I wanted to go.
Cons: The bed sheets were never changed during our stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The stay was relaxing and enjoyable thank you
Cons: No
Okay 4.7
Pros: Very good situated.
Cons: Nothing special in this hotel. Price a bit too high.
Good 6.3
Pros: The kitchen was very functional for us. It was clean and the decor in the rooms in general was nice. Parking was pretty accessible.
Cons: In the living room of the Villa, it seemed a little crowded when the Murphy bed was pulled down. You should consider a different style of couch. You should also consider reinstating the Courtesy Shuttle for more than what is currently on the schedule; especially trips to the airport. Also, the Check In time seemed too late at 4:00PM compared to the "too early" check out time of 10:00AM.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location, Location, Location
Cons: Lack of covered/Secure parking. Room was a little small.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location to the strip. Size of the 1 bedroom was large.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooms were lovely to look at and delightful to sleep in.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I liked it all. Close to everything.
Cons: Nothing I can really complain about. The only comment is that the decor needs updating.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel has a modern feel. The free cooked-to-order breakfast and complimentary manager’s hour the brand is know for exceeded expectations. The room was well furnished. Mini-fridge, microwave & wetbar are always a plus. The casual environment in the atrium was a nice change of pace from the casino hotels a mile to the west. Room was very quiet, couldn’t tell it was near the airport. The swans, Elvia & Priscilla, were a fun extra touch. It was not difficult to get to and from the hotel.
Cons: The bathroom in the suite was a bit dated. The TV still had analog/standard definition channels which was a bit of a letdown.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: They lost our reservation then ran my card for the weekend rate at the hotel. We missed our dinner plans at Gordon Ramsay because we couldn't get into a room and shower on time. Hotel is in repair process looks very tacky for incoming guest. Front desk trainee did what she could to accommodate but she had no pull. Put a damper on the weekend for sure. Will never book here again
Good 7.3
Pros: The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the flat screen tv's. Also, the full breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly.
