Your cleaning staff is unsurpassed. I hope they are compensated as they are the behind the scenes success to the beauty of the resort.. When I went to check out there where all sorts of extra fees. I made no room charges. I called the front desk and they removed them, I asked for an emailed copy and they sent two. One for the resort fee's which is so silly if you pay for a resort yet can't use the refrigerator, the other email was over 650.00! I went to the desk and they said it was an error? A lot of unnecessary anxiety for an error!
The hotel is beautiful and in a good location. For the money you are paying you don't get much value. Also, I expect that when I am paying this sort of price per night that when I walk the hallways to get to my room I don't have to see everyone's room service tables and left over food. I also didn't like the fact that they want to charge you 35 USD/night to rent a refrigerator. Some things should be included in the price.
My wife enjoyed the pool and suite while I was in meetings, dinner at Buddy V's, excellent Italian food and the service was fantastic. We also had dinner at the French Steak House on the patio over looking the strip, excellent food and service. Nothing
room itself the fridge was taken up completely by merchandise the hotel was selling. No room for things like insulin unless you wanted to pay extra for an additional fridge! Ridiculous!
I came for buisness, didn't use the facility at all and still needed to pay for resort fee
The location is good The air-conditioners were very noisy, The charge extra for the parking and also extra for a one bed room.
The hotel was very nice with great staff. The location on the strip is great! Food was outstanding in all of the hotel eateries. Very easy access to all of Vegas either walking the strip, seeing the Bellagio fountain show across the road, or catching a taxi to see more of Vegas. Had prepaid for our room we thought and then was stuck with an unexpected resort fee upon arrival. Prices for everything from restaurants, drinks, to gift shop items are outrageous.
Rooms really noisy the casino is too crowded Pillows really uncomfortable
The room was in the Palace tower was nee and huge. The befeas luxurious and the bathroom was top of the line. Everything is expensive, 2 toothbrushes and toothpaste was $25.
Shopping, food and location. For the money I spent, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel with a view of something besides a rooftop and the backside of another Caesars tower. It was a very disappointing room. I'll go back to The Cosmopolitan or The Bellagio next time.
The staff are some of the friendliest, most efficient and professional I've ever come across!!! They are so very helpful. The Pantry restaurant has some of the best food on the strip, which is handy if you don't want to go far to eat. The pool is awesome! Roomy enough to accommodate plenty of people. The hotel is a tad bit dated but clean, tidy and well maintained. I will never get used to walking through the casino cigarette smoke to get to the elevators that take you to your room. It's awful and everything reeks of stale smoke, including any clothes you wear as you walk through the casino.
The cleaning of the rooms The 25 dollars a night to have a fridge in your room. Furthermore, the food could have had a lower cost in opection
The location was great. The wait time to use the elevators was horrible. A pipe burst and there was water everywhere. It killed about 3 hours of our day in wait times.
Location Stains everywhere in room and paper thin walls
Size of hotel for Vegas strip was a pleasant change. Great location in the center of the strip. Clean, new, fabulous pool, but closed by 5:00 pm. After a long hot day on the road, a dip would be nice. Nothing for free in Vegas any more. Charged for Valet parking, which has always been free, and the obnoxious "$40 resort fee" whether you use the amenities or not is annoying. Giada's restaurant was pleasant, but very expensive for ordinary food. Hostess was snotty and snooty. Her little black dress must have been a little too tight in the wrong places.
The hotel management was unresponsive. I travel extensively for business and would never recommend this hotel.
Great rooms, kind of small but very comfortable. Nice outdoor pool. Nothing, it was great!
Close to the strip. Parking onsite. This is not a 4 star hotel. A little dated. Waited in line for awhile to check in and out. Casino was small and there weren't many people there. No refrigerator in room.
Typical upscale Vegas hotel Hotel fees higher than quoted by Kayak. Kayak quoted $60 for 3 nights. It was more like $35 per night.
The beds were old and uncomfortable. The pillows were cheap. They were flat and only two pillows per bed. Everything seem old They need to at least change the mattress and pillows. The carpets are old and nasty looking. All together I think this hotel is gross
Everything else. The bathroom sink overflowed from malfunctions.
Location, small feeling of old vegas! Hard to get a cab around back
