Nothing in the room. Not a piece of paper or pen. Nothing about the Strip. Even the soap and shampoo were nailed down. Clean but nothing could be messy. There were no services unless you went down to the reservation desk to get help. Never got the last wake up call. No Concierge, no nothing. All the other hotels staff were great for help.
The location in the middle of the strip with the line promenade was the best part.
The room was extremely average with a wall for a view, and the pool was extremely crowded plus there was an early check in fee even though we arrived at 11:30 am.
Air conditioner was old, made a loud noise very inconvenient, beds were very small, paid for a strip view, nothing near strip view, total loss of my money's worth! Never going back
Should be comfy & clean environment for the price charged.
Loved the hotel’s aesthetics, location, and 24hr restaurant.
Location was great. Hash House a GoGo. Shopping strip right next to you
Elevator key entry is a pain. Sheets had old bloodstains. Hard to find our way around.
The LINQ is for you if you want to gamble and not enjoy the room or hotel at all. We spent the first two hours battling to get our room changed since the carpet had not dried properly hence it was molding and smelt like mildew. Two people came and sprayed it with some chemical but told us it wouldn’t make a difference. We were told that the only option was to wait until the next day. I asked for the manager and we were finally after about 3 hours (we were late for our show) moved to a new room. For the money we could have paid a little more to avoid the hustle. The Linq is not for you especially after moving from the M Resort
Location price service
Room was okay except the drains in the sink and shower were slow.
I was really annoyed that the checkin time was 4pm, not 2 like most other hotels. They wanted to charge me 50 dollars to check in early, but I sat out at a cafe for a couple hours instead. Leaves a bad taste.
Location was nice.
I booked a king room. I was given a double at check-in. I called the next day and they said they had a king. So I packed up my belongings and moved to the other room. Once I got here I realized it was a handicap accessible room so it was not as nice. They said it as the only kings avilable and did not disclose it was a handicap accessible room to me at all. Then proceeded to tell me the room types are not guaranteed. I wasted several hours moving rooms to downgrade. I just wanted what I booked. I wasn’t trying to get more than what I paid for. I will never stay at this hotel again.
clean, different than other casinos
fairness for gamblers
The hotel is in a great location, loved the promenade with the various places to grab a drink and eat
The elevators were horrible, luckily we were on the 3rd floor so we walked up the stairs but some people I was traveling with were on much higher floors so they had to wait FOREVER for the elevators which many times were very crowded. The pool was also very small for such a big hotel, I liked Harrah's pool much better and it is right next door.
