Excellent location, friendly staff, and my newly remodeled room was great!
Everything. What a miserable, dirty, small, terrible room.
The location was great and we were able to get places quickly. The rooms are large and for the most part comfortable.
My room had food in the fridge, garbage in the trash, hair in the shower, and the peep hole was broken/blocked. As 2 females staying in vegas, that was concerning. You can get on any floor in the Flamingo, when I told the front desk they didn't offer any thing like a room change, they just said sorry and offered to get a maid to collect the leftover food. When I went online to let them know there is no place to contact the hotel and let them know. The safety thing was the big thing and I do not think the hotel cared.
The first room we were in was a PetStay room (all that was available at the time of booking) and whatever animal was in there before us cause me severe allergies. I told the front desk and they promptly moved em to different room. I appreciated that they responded so fast and made it better. The new room felt much cleaner, brighter, and I was able to sleep finally.
The Petstay room could have been better. Also, more vegan options on the room service menu would have been nice too.
Stinks like cigarettes
Ice from the ice machine
Smell, no upkeep to room
Our room was newly renovated and they left us a certificate stating we were the first ones to use it!! That was very special as well as the chocolate bars. It was pretty central to everything on the strip. Lots of dining options close by as well.
Maaaaaan! Bummed out
Didn’t go but from past experiences at flamingo. Being real here flamingo is a low end budget hotel in a decent location.
I shoulda just booked through the flamingo Las Vegas web site. They have free cancellations. My flight to Las Vegas was so delayed from the wildfires. United offered to rebook and or voucher our flights. Well after a 2 hr delay at my home airport and another 2 hr delay announced at the next airport, I took United up on their offer and canceled my business trip. I called hotels.com and flamingo. They refused to cancel my trip and reimburse or voucher me for my hotel stay. I ended up paying almost $350.00 for the “no show” at the hotel. They wouldn’t even voucher me! Considering it was uncontrollable circumstances and even United was flexible flamingo Las Vegas and hotels.com was not. Just plane old sucks. Think next time I will just book through the hotels website and not try to save a measly $30.00 the difference between kayak and flamingos web booking.
Great location at a great price
Centrally located on the strip next to all the great restaurants and alike. Not fancy but Pleasantly updated for the price. The automated check in/out kiosks made it a breeze
Resort fee of 39$/ day ... pools & spa we’re closed!?!?
Pools & “ resort facility’s CLOSED + a 39$ resorts fee??
Rooms were a bit run down, electrical outlets were not in great working condition, and the switches on the lamps didn’t work well. Water pressure in the shower was extremely low. There was a hole in the wall behind the door and near the couch. Room needs a renovation. Beds were comfortable, but a little more lighting would be good. Layout of the king room was good.
Good location. Easy access. Quick check-in using the kiosk. Comfortable bed, nice size room with a refrigerator.
Internet speed is too slow for working. Water pressure is low. Cannot get the receipt copy in email. I need to ask from the reception desk.
Officially my favorite hotel on the strip... I wanted to try a different hotel an du just say I definitely noticed the difference... Yes atypical casino but I didn't feel bombarded or suffocated. Maybe I got lucky. My room was perfection (sure a few random Knicks and bruises around but no to be upset about...) The view was stunning. (had the high roller view) and the staff was friendly. Perfect location to. The stripand surrounding hotels... The monorail was super convenient not hard to get to. I will for sure be staying here more, if. The price permits. Reasonably priced parking also made me appreciate it more. Thank you.
