Traveled with my niece for her birthday. We had a blast. Her girlfriend joined us and they thoroughly enjoyed the roller coaster a few times lolol. I would recommend the hotel.

The room we reserved was not the room we received. The room we received was in a corner area and was the smallest room on the floor. It was so small it made me claustrophobic. Pros (+) I feel like the hotel did a great job setting up accommodations for physical distancing among guests - machines spaced out, plexiglass between players, hand washing stations, sanitizer stations. I was also really impressed with the “welcome kit” that contained face masks, hand sanitizer and a tool for opening doors and pressing elevator buttons, etc. The food at the restaurants was very good and t...
Cons (-) It seemed like no changes were made to the arcade set up - it was very crowded and virtually impossible to keep distance from other guests. As a result, we decided not use the arcade at all. Also, the smell of smoke was present throughout the common areas of the hotel. Lastly, the cost of drinks at the pool was also ridiculously high.
