Very nice hotel, clean rooms, multiple restaurants.
In house restaurant
In room & facility Wifi service is the worst I have ever experienced. Join the 21 century Orleans
Quiet, clean, good reputation,
The hotel was clean, the casino was large there were a lot of slots to play. Also staff was friendly for signing up for their member card we got a complimentary buffet we chose brunch the food was good. The hotel room was clean, beds were very comfortable, coffee in the room was a plus.
Only thing I would have liked would have been the pool to have longer hours.
Had everything in one spot didn't have to leave area to do things
Wasn't told about a Friday night pool party so couldn't use pool with children and buffet wasn't open for dinner
Place could habe been much cleaner, seen a lot of dusk on ceiling in the hallways on the eleventh floor and bathroom could be redone.
Icky even by Vegas standards
Staff is friendly. Mattresses are firm.
Pool closes at 7 but hours aren't posted. The stench on floor 18 is possibly urine but it could be something worse. Property is not well maintained. Mandatory resort fee adds to cost of room so you can have slow internet, an in room coffee maker, and access to the pool assuming it's open.
Shower draining slow
We thought The casino was cleaner then we remembered.
The shower drain was slow, leaves you standing in dirty water. Some of the detail work, like caulking done sloppy, needs to be redone.
Had a great stay
Stay was great one thing beds were a little hard
Found a great "private deal" on kayak that was only $50 for a night. Deal was legit and they didn't try to get me with hidden stuff - well no more than everyone else at least. Though not on the strip they have a free shuttle to he strip every half hour. Movie theater and pool were nice to have.
$17 "resort fee" each day to access he wifi and things like that kinda run me the wrong way. Could add up after a few days.
Family Wedding & Birthday Celebration
That we really didn't need to leave the hotel!
That the pool closed so early (6pm).
