The decoration was nice and it was clean enough to feel comfortable The Man working there Mr SAHEER (?) WAS REALLY PATIENTE and very nice, did everything to help out
1: They offer to pick us up, I asked in advance how much it was going to cost and I got no answer, in the end I paid 15 Euro, From the airport there is a Price table for taxi and the price it should be 8 euro, in fact the way back at the airport,We paid 10 euro with no bargaing at all. 2. The water in the room was cold, but Fatima insisted it was not cold, she never apoligize for the inconvenient, she just insisted the water was not cold. On the 3rd day after insisting , Mr Saheer convincend Fatima that the water was really cold indeed, so she made us move to a different Riad, but it was so HORRIBLE and smelling that we had to go back. In the end we moved to another room and FINALLY there was hot water. 3. Breakfast is boring, bread, a different type of bread and butter and jam 4 days the same thing, tea and coffe cold 4 There was nobody could speak English, other than on the phone, sometime there was noone we could talk to at all
Fátima and the other guy are very nice. They let us to take shower after our check out was really helpful. The rooms are good and the riad decoration also beautiful.
A bit confuse in our check in. They wanted to move us for another riad, however everything went well at the end. The breakfast it is nothing special and the orange juice is not natural as they say.
We booked 2 rooms for 2 couples and they gave us one bigger cause some problems about other reservations
