Only location and nothing!
Hotel staff is false. Room ia dirty. Fleas is jumping. Curtains in holes. The Internet is very weak. Conditioners don't work in room. The pastel linen changes once a week. A breakfast poor.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, very nice lobby and very well located, not far from the train station and close to the old city.

Location 3 blocks to Old Town waterfront. Friendly front desk staff. Good breakfast offering.
There were notes appologizing that the hotel was under renovation. A property should not let their room carpets reach the level of wear we experienced. Hotel is definately a Taxi trip to and from the train station.

Good location (close to Old Port, Metro, train station) if you don't have a car and/or come by train. However, if you have a car and/or you don't need/want to stay close to the center of the city you might want to chose another location - if you are there for the beaches, Cassis or La Ciotat would be better locations than Marseilles.
Work was getting done in the hotel, possibly to refurbish the rooms - they seriously need that. The noise vas very annoying - started early in the morning so you couldn't sleep late if you wanted to. Also the price was kinda steep for the quality offered, even considering I made the reservation on rather short notice.
