The staff were lovely and the breakfast was good.
Location by the Tram / bus line made it a bit noisy in the morning when the tram bells rang. Dinner in the restaurant was not great.
Very nice hotel The first element of the Staff at the reception was not very kind, the others were ok. Very difficult to park if you travel with a van. Nice rooms, nice breakfast.
The reception staff when we arrived.
The staff in the bar and restaurant were very pleasant and helpful. Reception left a lot to be desired. We had arranged to meet friends from overseas at this hotel. When we asked for their room number, we were given an incorrect number. When they asked reception for our room number, they were also given the incorrect room number. Here we were, both believing the other party had failed to show up ..... not clever! When I checked my credit card statement after checking out and departing, I found they had charged twice. I am still trying to recover the money.
Room was clean. Close to the tram.
Very modern and fresh
