Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location near the port, airport, and local attractions, making it convenient for short stays and travel connections. The staff receives frequent praise for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Many guests feel the hotel offers good value for the price, with clean rooms and basic amenities. However, some reviews mention that the facilities and bathrooms are dated and could benefit from renovation, and cleanliness is sometimes only adequate rather than exceptional. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, especially for travelers seeking convenience and friendly service at a reasonable cost.
