The person who did the checkout was friendly; it was also close to Disney land so that was fine. The bed's were pretty comfortable aswell.

The guy who had our key-cards when we arrived late was very unfriendly and didn't want to hand us our 3th room key because appearantly it was not in my booking. All I did was fill in the names of the guests who were with me and they managed to book the last room on one of them. Was not fun having a discussion in a language im not fluent at in the middle of the night after driving for 6 hours.. Our rooms had some problems; in room 52 there was no light in the bathroom, in room 05 there was NO showerhead. In room 53 there were some weird stains on the wall. Also it seems to be a location for cheap "sex" as we heard people having sex all night long on all sides of the building.

Value for money was alright considering it was cheaper than anywhere in the surrounding area. A bus being available close was a big plus.

Security came late and left us waiting outside for an hour past midnight. No water bottle given. Room was very dirty. Staff unhelpful.

Rooms not very clean. No tea making facilities even though booking.com information said there was. One room had no inner door or hairdryer. One room also smelled heavily of tobacco smoke. Bar drink selection very poor. They had no wine and very little choice of soft drinks. Also very few glasses. Payment card machine not working and on return to UK found too much had been taken from my credit card and I have had to ask my credit card company to investigate.
