The bed was like solid marble, and made it nearly impossible to sleep, the cleaning staff did not eat their masks unless they saw me coming down the hall, and the milk juice and eggs were all bad from the offered breakfast. Only positive was that the check in lady was really nice.
Pros (+) The room included a couch, safe, microwave, refrigerator-- basically everything we ever need.
Cons (-) Wish there were more for breakfast than packaged Danish, but I understand COVID-19 precludes that.
Pros (+) The room was perfect. It even had a sitting area with a couch. Everything was clean and the staff was super helpful and kind.
Cons (-) I stayed in the building with the lobby and there wasn't an elevator close to my room so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. It wasn't a huge issue, but it could be for others.

Cons (-) Bed was too soft and not enough support. My back ached throughout the whole night. Had same issue at Quality in Tigard, OR.
