On check in, we were encouraged to use the side entrance, however there was not a ramp to bring a trolley down to parking lot level. Pictures showed an easy chair in the suite, but it was missing. I sleep in a recliner. Toilet had to be plunged. Tub was so slippery it was dangerous; on the third day of our four day stay a matt was placed in the shower. Facility is dated but clean.
