Breakfast and the free Happy Hour were amazing. Well worth the price of the upgrade. Check in staff could have been better. We had to change our room as the shower didn’t adjust. Went from cold to scalding hot, actually dangerous. It took them three hours and lots of excuses to make the change happen. One guy ( Diddier) even lied straight to my face about what he had said. Great location near reforma and plenty of restaurants nearby!
Pros (+) Really just loved this hotel. Great location, loved having the Sonora Grill downstairs, and I absolutely LOVED their gym. Top notch stay.
Pros (+) overall a good experience (clean and modern facilities, helpful service). the hotel is modern, stylish, and fairly close to attractions.
Cons (-) i had a few frequent traveler nitpicks (strange light switches, missing menu, no laundry on sunday) but also some unexpected delights (hbo game of thrones finale, usb outlets, very nice walk-in shower, above-average gym).
Pros (+) The only PROBLEM. The parking NEEDS to be included in the cost of the room. Charging extra is really bad.

Pros (+) Everything was clean and very luxurious. Blackout curtains will let you sleep in as much as you want. Loved the huge bathroom and shower. Great location for tourists close to downtown.
Cons (-) No fridge or ice machines (to be fair, the hotel staff will bring you ice if you call). Hard to get to by car due to street closings.
