Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests praise the hotel for its outstanding location in the heart of Condesa, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shops. The service provided by the staff, especially Maria Elena, is frequently highlighted as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many reviewers noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, some guests mention issues with noise levels and feel that the value for price could be improved, particularly regarding privacy and amenities. Despite these minor drawbacks, the majority of guests report a pleasant and comfortable stay.
