Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its central and accessible setting. Cleanliness is also frequently mentioned positively, as are the comfortable rooms and attentive, helpful staff. However, several guests note that the hotel does not meet 4 or 5-star expectations, citing issues such as outdated facilities, noisy environments, and occasional problems with amenities like air conditioning and breakfast quality. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression is positive, especially regarding location, cleanliness, and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
