Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent location, close to restaurants, parks, and attractions, and some mention friendly staff and good service. However, many reviews highlight significant issues, including ongoing construction, noise, cleanliness problems, mismatched photos, and disappointing breakfast. Some guests were moved to other hotels, and several experienced problems with amenities and room conditions. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, there are notable concerns about comfort and facilities.
