Airport Shuttle was prompt, beds comfortable.
Front desk staff not very friendly, construction going on outside making it difficult to find and park. Small rooms.

The new GM is very helpful. The breakfast is over priced, and WIFI/internet should be free as it is w/ your competitors, and the spa should also be priced better, plus the parking fee. I like the hotel, but all of the small charges are like a death from a thousand knife wounds. Given it was a weekend night, some of those services should prob be included in the price with fewer business travelers filling the hotel. The free Geneva travel ticket is great though. I stay at a hotel near the airport for early morning flight

“Great value for the price. TV screen quality (recent model). Free and fast Wifi (if included in the room, reception will provide a login). Shower with "rain effect". Modern style. Clean and comfortable.”

“As I had a very early return flight I chose this hotel as it is close to the Geneva airport terminal. The hotel did send me an email explaining that the shuttle bus would not be operating at my check in time owing to Covid-19 restrictions, but it's only about a ten minute walk from the railway station exit and easily seen at night because of it's prominent illuminated bright green name display. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and provided all the information I required for my rather short stay. The room was of a good size with pleasant decor and had a multi-channel TV, fridge, free Wi-Fi, very comfortable beds and a spacious well appointed en suite facilities. Owing to my very early flight departure I was unable to sample the breakfast facilities, but check out was swift and efficient.”
