Beach Park Hotel is an award winning boutique hotel walking distance from many of South Beach's most famous attractions. It was built in 1929 in the Mediterranean style, And rooms were renovated in 2017. Miami International Airport is a 17 minute drive and it is .3 miles from the art deco historic district. The hotel has views of the ocean and Lummus Park as well as an on site restaurant on the ground floor.

Beach Park Hotel has ocean views and rooms are decorated with marble floors and wood furniture. There are 54 rooms, including 13 suites. Choose from the junior suite with two queen beds, queen standard with a city view, two queen standard with a city view, or the king oceanfront. The junior suites are spacious and they have couches.Every room has a private bathroom with full amenities, Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, Fridge Raiders, iron and ironing board, free toiletries, and a hair dryer.

Guest are greeted with two complimentary cocktails and water bottles. The resort fee includes use of two beach chairs per day and beach towels. There is also breakfast available. The hotel has a beach shuttle,

Pros (+) don't reserve with them, they did many mistakes about taking money from my bank account, and the luxury way of showing the people pictures on the website is totally different then the reality. I poorly recommended. many other hotels are better than this hotel.

Pros (+) Never even stayed here. Got a call the day of check in saying that I couldn't be stay there because of "urgent maintenance."

Pros (+) The location is good if you want to be in South Beach and do not care about anything else.
Cons (-) Rooms are too small, very old motel. You can't control the a/c the rooms are freezing and you hear the constant air rattling through the one vent super loud. Small noisy beads. You literally have thin walls and hear all of the noise happening next door and outside. Zero customer service, checked in for 6 nights but checked out after one night. They don't refund any of your money.
