Pros (+) The room was clean and large, the pool was pretty neat, comfy bed
Cons (-) Several things broken in the room, a bit noisy since our room was next to the checkin counter, the restaurant promised incentives to get us to eat there but the waited refused to adhear to them.

Pros (+) The location was perfect! I walked to everything that South Beach has to offer. I will be returning to The Fritz on future trips.
Cons (-) I was on the first floor and the music from the next door restaurant was loud. They played good music so I went with the flow.
