Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the beach and local conveniences like markets and restaurants. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities, with several guests describing their accommodations as dirty or poorly maintained. Service received mixed feedback: while some staff members were noted as friendly and helpful, others were described as rude or indifferent. Noise levels were also a concern for some guests, with reports of street noise and bright lights affecting sleep quality. Overall, while the location is a major highlight, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.

Old Hotel at new hotel price but my main complaint was the $34.00 resort charge that was not mentioned when I booked AND PAID for the hotel. They sprung it on me as I was checking in late at night knowing I would just pay it so I did not have to search for a new hotel. Very sketchy. Would not consider this property if I were you.

Pros (+) Cheap price and location.
Cons (-) The floors were incredibly dirty. We went out to buy a mop and floor cleaner as it was also causing the worst smell in the room. Both beds were broken, the frames were not properly installed. Towels & sheets were provided the day after we arrived. Would have been a better stay if it was cleaned before we checked in.

Pros (+) The room was new and there was housekeeping...of and it's close to the water. That's about it
Cons (-) Where do I start? I got there on the later side, around 11:30pm but I had called in advance as instructed by the webpage and let them know I would be late. Got to the hotel and walked around for 5 minutes because I hadn't seen the small un-illuminated plaque that noted where the office was. When I made it inside and checked in, I was informed that I would be staying at their 'brand new' venue 8320...
