Pros (+) A place to sleep . got to sleep until noon. I felt safe. People didn't bother me.
Cons (-) No tissues. WiFi isn't free. No shampoo or conditioner ( I brought my own just trying to help others)
Pros (+) I originally liked the price I was quoted only to find out later on my credit card bill I was over charged. I should have taken more time to look over but with the scene going on with the police I just wanted to get out. It gives a wacky story to tell about taking a child to college.
Cons (-) It should have been a sign to leave when we saw the trail of blood that led to the room before ours but we stayed after a long drive to Cleveland. The room smelled like smoke in a supposedly non-smoking room and felt dirty. Not once were the sheets changed in the 3 days there nor was the trash emptied. I had to ask for clean towels but the used ones were not picked up. The tub was clogged so when ...

Cons (-) We arrived around 2AM after driving from Sandusky (we're originally from IL) and went to check in, the desk clerk (best description since it was actually the head of house keeping and she was just "coverin' someone shift") gave us our key to our room, we went to get settled and the room wasn't cleaned AT ALL, no sheets on the bed, etc. So I went back to the lobby (if that's what you want to call i...
