Pros (+) The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was okay.
Cons (-) They never cleaned our room even though we called multiple times every day to have it cleaned. They didn’t even replace our toilet paper to take our trash. We had to call every single day for that and they took a long time to do it.

The room was comfortably sized, although with the sofa bed out the room shrunk considerably. There were 2 of everything—plates, cups, forks, knives, spoons—but space for 3. We did use the oven to bake muffins, everything is in good working order, as was the fireplace. The ...
Cons (-) The shower gel dispenser was out of body wash, and the curtain bar was loose, like someone had been playing on it, hmm... we did not bring this to the staff’s attention, though. The toilet and tub area of the bathroom is incredibly small, but the sink and countertop area is wide open. Space could be better utilized here, but nothing you can do about it now.

The apartment-style accommodations made it possible to lounge and get comfortable (and not feel the dreaded "cooped up feeling" of being in a hotel room! We were able to cook several meals in the well-equipped kitchen, relax on the sofa, and stream our Netflix on the TV. The staff was exceedingly friendly a...
Cons (-) We stayed in the "West Wing," which was lovely; however, it did not have an ice machine. The rooms have freezers, but you must make your own ice. Fortunately, guest services gave us plenty of ice to last us the long holiday weekend!
