Both night and morning receptionists were extremely kind and welcoming. Price was what made me choose this hotel, plus its reasonably closeness to the center.
The heating system was impossible to be turned on but I did not complained about it, since was not too chilly after all.

Was stuck in Italy following the Volcanic ash saga, the hotel did not put up their rate and was convenient for the bus/tram service to the centre. The room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable. All-in-all a good choice of hotel for a short stay in Milan.
