Lux Hotel Durante

The bed and the bathroom were ok.

It was totally different from description and photos on the website. The room was very small and shabby. The leather bedhead was torn, the only chair was unable to sit on (they have replaced it with a chair from another room though, so someone else got it in their room). It was very stuffy and stank of smoke; we tried to open the window, but it was even worse outside, because there was a busy street with a lot of cars passing by. It was also very noisy, even in the middle of the night and with closed windows. No balcony, no garden, nothing close to the description. The location is more than 2km from the Central Railway Station (they write "500m", but you can check it yourself on Google Maps), and the neighbourhood does not look very safe. The entrance door was open even at night, and there was no concierge or anyone, the reception was actually in another building.
