The pool and hot tub were very clean. A nice touch.
No breakfast, good location. Awful bed. Super tiny room.
The room was like the bedroom of a tiny house. I’ve seen better rooms in campers.
I booked a queen room. Upon arrival in getting to the room it was two full beds. Went back to the desk clerk and told him showed him about my queen room he said they were full there's no way he could change me and the booking from booking.com did not say queen rooms did not offer to show me how that was verified my reservation showed Queen. Both beds were extremely uncomfortable hard a sofa sleeper is better. Went to visit the hot tub and the sign said sorry the Jets are not working the next day we asked him if the Jets would be fixed and we were informed by different staff the Jets had been turned off for the year at least the water was hot, that was it hot water no Jets. Upon checkout I told the clerk I was ready to check out and they said you are good I told them I would like a receipt upon reviewing my receipt they had charged wrong card. I had asked the desk clerk to put my charges on an American Express upon check-in and presented the card this was not done either I left very disappointed in the whole experience. Will not be returning anytime soon as there are many other accommodations in that City competitive competitively priced.
Location was good for my needs
I thought it was overpriced compared to other Motel 6 I have stayed at
The wood floors - how very clean and non-cluttered the room was. More like a European room. Bed was excellent. Very nice night clerk.
Ice machine on third floor not working. Landline in room not working- I needed to go down to report the problem.
