Good food, brunch, bar, our waiter ( Francesco) was friendly and provided good service
1/ Noise - At the begining we had 2 big rooms on first floor, the walls were paper thin, and there was a game room under our rooms (table football, ping pong), we could hear every hit of the ball and shouting drunk italians playing the game untill midnight (btw it was labeled as children game room, so why was it open till midnight?), when we complained, the hotel changed our rooms on 3rd day, we got 1 room in second floor ( smaller, shower was leaking) and 1 room in third floor ( the ceiling was so low i hit my head a few times) 2/ hygiene at welness - all the italians are going to the sauna without towel just in swimsuits wer from the pool, so all the benches get wet with their sweat and pool water, unhygienic, the hotel should write some basic rules for sauna and place them on the door. 3/ ski room doesnt have heated stands for ski boots, so your boots are wet on the next day you go skiing. I have been to 2stars hotel in italy which had heated stands for ski boots, this hotel is not recommended for skying 4/ space heaters in room are never warm, so you cant rly get your things dry untill the next day after skying 5/ wifi sucked 6/ breakfast could use some changes, you eat the same thing every day 7/ location - the hotel is not in walking distance to any slopes and all the ski buses are paid extra, for the same price you can get a hotel near slopes 8/ value for money :( the hotel owners care for cash only, not your comfort, they charge you on the firts day of booking and refuse to give you confirmation/ invoice after, the tables at the dinning rooms are really crowded
We went in January and got an excellent deal. Our room was a good size with good facilities. Good choice at breakfast and typical sud-tyrol food in evenings. Very helpful waiting staff. This is definitely a family friendly hotel with many pre-school age children.
Hotel is well located, close to at least 3 skiing areas. Room was comfortable (although one bad was too short for my 16 years old son), well equipped. The only small minus relates to the entry from the room to the restaurant - we had to go outside and open outside door to be there what was not very good for guest who were inside.
There were only 2 people/2 staff members with good enough English - I would expect more such staff
