Few kind and professional stuff, who tried to do their best. Others...just unbeliveble. Never, never again to this "hotel".
Unprofessional staff, unorganized, old and dirty place. Can not be called a hotel, at least if you are from developed country or have any of selfrespect. NOT suitable for families or children!! I saw all photos and comments, but reality was so far away from it. Only one or two comments and photo's were real and I did a mistake and didn't believe it.

bad bed very old and very very bad matress , old rooms , waiting , a lot in reception without air condition very hot in lobby , beach very very dirty , it s not all inclusive many things are extra, not good experience with that hotel ,....
