Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the breakfast offerings, describing them as delicious, varied, and copious. The service and staff were frequently highlighted for their friendliness and attentiveness, making stays more enjoyable. The hotel's location near the thermal baths and in a tranquil area was also appreciated by many guests. However, there were several complaints about the lack of air conditioning, small or outdated rooms, and some cleanliness issues, particularly with carpets and bathrooms. Overall, while the amenities and staff stood out positively, room comfort and modernity could be improved.
