The bath / shower was too small and most uncomfortable- not good for older people Hairdryer didn’t work and no phone in room so had to go down 3 flights of stairs with wet hair to get replacement
It is not on the seafront but it is very close and it is convenient. The room was spacious and it has two balconies which was nice, even if not particularly for the view.
The bathroom is small and in particular it is not easy to take a shower as there is a half bathtub with "seat" making it difficult to stand! We were on the first floor but we could see there is no lift so having a room at the 3rd or 4th floor could be a problem for some people. Just a warning, better to mention.
The location Free on-site parking
Place is run down Swimming pool very dirty Found open food in the drawer Bath/shower leaks water everywhere had to use lots of towels to soak up all the water Only stayed one night instead of two as planned and still had to pay for second night even though the hotel was not up to standard and I clearly explained why I wasn’t going to stay a second night to the receptionist.
Its has been my 3rd stay at this hotel, much better than the one before. Rooms are cleaned, of good size, excellent central location. Swimming pool availability is a bonus when you do not want to fry yourself on a crowded beach. Staff speaks English French and German.
There were some utensils missing from kitchen equipment and not enough plates for the amount of people in our party, but thats just silly detail.
Personal was really friendly and helpful. They offered us towels even though we had checked out but they knew wanted to go to the beach. Afterwards they let us use their shower and bathroom, plus stored our luggage. The room was nice. It even had a small kitchen corner with fridge etc. We were on a first floor (ground floor) so we had our own small backyard. Breakfast was also good. Nothing special but still fresh things, bread, jam, cheese etc. I would totally come back here!
