Pros (+) The staff was very helpful. It was quiet and very relaxing.
Cons (-) My only complaint is the mandatory resort fee. We did not use any aspect of the resort. I do not like that I was charged $30.00 for something we did not use.

Pros (+) Lakeside restaurant was fantastic with new management, new specials and great food! The location is beautiful!
Cons (-) This hotel is under staffed. Only room service available at the lobby bar on Mondays it took more than 1 1/2 hours to get my food order, multiple customers faced the same issue and we actually felt sorry for the employees as it was severely understaffed. Cons (-) Understaffed and overwhelmed by groups. It took over 30 minuets just to get a beer. Poor logistics at buffet style restaurant and not enough waiters serving beverages (not even a fountain with juice and water). We all practically finished our meal before being served coffee and orange juice.
Cons (-) Room was dirty and not ready at check in. Shower was either extremely hot or ice cold. Resort was mostly inoperable. Seemed as if they haven’t kept up with general maintenance and replacing of everyday things.

Cons (-) Very expensive - they charge extra for a crib, add 20% to our bills for tip?!?! Per night stay is outrageous. You go to Miami or Hawaii for cheaper price - 300$+ per night? Crazy
Pros (+) We loved the pools, the food was good, the staff was helpful. We loved the sushi bar. The piano player was fantastic. We have spent time at other resorts similar to this and this was the best value we have found! Rooms were huge!!!!
Cons (-) Needs a little upgrade, the lazy river is just OK. A little better customer service in food/bar.
