- We had initially booked to pick up our car 8am on a Saturday, but we were able to pick it up the evening before (around 7pm on Friday) with no additional cost - Staff at 1200 Stanley Montreal location extremely helpful - Brand new car in excellent condition - Pick up and drop off location was booked for different provinces but extremely satisfied with the low price8.8 Very good

We were completely lied to about the price that was advertised, our fees were raised twice for being a young driver instead of once. We have used many different car rental companies and have never had an issue. This was by far the worst rental experience we have ever had.Avis

Staff was very courteus even though they had some stress issue happening. But the lady chatted and managed two employees customers while helping me. BRAVO! They did not have midsize car that I had reserved so they put me in small SUV.Cons:
