A traffic nightmare!!!
The hotel was fine after we arrived but we were to mad to enjoy it. The front desk staff was kind, friendly, patient and understanding.
This hotel sits off of a major highway which was closed on both sides! The hotel staff admitted that they have a hard time getting to the hotel and they live there! Traffic is so congested around this hotel that it's worth paying an extra $25 to stay anywhere and I mean anywhere else!
Very Very friendly staff which incudes front desk staff, maintenance and housekeeping. Every staff member spoke to us upon meeting them Great characteristic of the hotel. Great meal in the pub, great location and beautiful clean rooms.
Staff are very helpful and freindly
The restarant staff were extremely poor and every meal we had was burnt. I also think that the prices for the food were extortionate .
My family enjoyed the water slide
The double beds were too small, water did not go down the shower/bath easily
Excellent room with tasteful decor and all the amenities you might want: big flat-screen TV, a desk with comfortable chair, comfortable king-size bed, etc. Location is good for the airport. There's a heated swimming pool.
Location is good for the airport but not for anything else.
The attitude of the lifeguard and the night person at the reception, no internet in the room and reception adviced me to come down in the lobby to use my laptop, room key does not work, I have to request the lifeguard to turn the slide water back on as she turned it off when we were still in the pool with our kids because she cannot hear her music on her radio.
The room was perfect.
Comfortable beds, nicely decorated. Staff helpful
Bathrooms not well done and overall cleanlinees fair. I know they are under construction but black mold in bathroom is unacceptable. Access extremely difficult
Appearance in lobby is great/friendly welcome/friendly room service/good food
Musty smell/bathroom needed paint/around heater needed repair/outside wall was rippled from dampness/room disappointing
