Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's location, noting its proximity to the old port, tourist attractions, and public transport. Cleanliness was also highlighted positively in several reviews. However, many guests were disappointed with the very small room sizes, lack of amenities such as fridges, coffee makers, and room service, and the absence of an elevator. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests reporting helpful staff while others experienced rude or unresponsive service. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and cleanliness, but room comfort and amenities fall short of expectations.
