Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional location, with many highlighting the beautiful views of the castle and river, as well as the charming and historic atmosphere. The staff and service were frequently described as friendly and helpful, and the breakfast received high marks for both quality and uniqueness. Cleanliness was also positively noted in several reviews. However, a few guests mentioned issues with room size and some maintenance concerns, and there were occasional complaints about value for price and limited amenities.
